Mark Sampson, 46, President.
Mark founded ARiSAR, a consulting company with the most basic goals; to provide a good product, at a fair price, with good customer service. ARiSAR practices the umbrella approach where we use a three-prong system to: 1) help our clients design their strategy, 2) implement development, especially where it involves planning and technology, and 3) we train our clients in how to implement their plan and maintain the variable components. ARiSAR's approach has proven extremely successful in spite of the recessed economy as evidenced by earning a five-year business planning contract to provide the financial and marketing packages for Charter Holdings Group, LLC, a real estate development company based in Clearwater. ARiSAR's client list includes such noteworthy members as AOL Time Warner, Verizon Communications, IBM, National Linen Service, kForce.com and the People's Republic of China.
Mark earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin. e-mail.

Tom began his career in the computer industry in the early 70's as a programmer for the Missouri State Government. Working for the Missouri Department of Revenue, Tom was the lead programmer on a team that implemented one of the State's first telecommunication system. Later at the Missouri Department of Social Services, Tom was the Project Manager for the implementation of the first statewide Emergency Medical Services system that tracked Ambulance and Rescue calls.
After moving to Florida in 1980, Tom worked as a system's programmer for Anacomp, Inc. in Sarasota, where the company was developing a real-time, online banking system in conjunction with some of the largest banks in the Northeastern US. Tom's most recent experience is with Hydrogen Media, Inc. where he held several positions, starting as VP of Production and finally as Director of Special Projects.
