ARiSAR to work with Fairwinds Treatment Center. October, 2001
CLEARWATER - Fairwinds Treatment Center was searching for the right technology consultant when they were introduced to Tom Ferguson, CIO for locally-owned ARiSAR, Inc. Fairwinds wasn't in need of a large-scale project to rewrite its systems and electronic marketing campaign. They needed a business partner that was willing to take the time to learn something about Fairwinds operating model and then make cost effective suggestions with specific goals in mind. ARiSAR delivered those solutions in addition to gaining a potential long term relationship with another satisfied customer. Ferguson claims that's because, "ARiSAR has a tried and true attitude about our customers. We don't recommend unnecessary products and services. We listen to the customer's needs and then we develop realistic and inexpensive alternatives for the customer to choose from. Yet we never sacrifice quality for price. I feel there's always a happy medium between quality and price."

CLEARWATER - Charter Holdings Group, LLC, a real estate development company with aggressive plans to build up to 60 extended stay hotels in the southeast and western United States over the next five years, has commissioned ARiSAR to prepare all of its project packages and business plans. ARiSAR's depth in real estate development and business planning made them a logical choice for the extended stay niche market. Extended stay hotels such as Candlewoods Suites, Wingate and Woodfin have become very popular in recent years, especially as the economy has weakened. In spite of the declining hospitality market, the extended stay sector still shows strength as travelers opt for prudent accommodations. In addition to packaging and planning, Charter is in negotiations with ARiSAR to provide project managers for some of these real estate projects.

LARGO - After years of planning and development in the evening hours, Rob Johnson, one of the co-founders of Valeo Corporation, brought his dream to fruition by launching his company that is able to provide cost effective Web sites to small businesses. Valeo uses the template approach to make Web site development easy, quick and inexpensive. Their product line includes nearly every tool you might need to develop an effective Web presence including email, descriptive pages and, most importantly, shopping carts for e-commerce. Johnson is another ex-employee of the popular Hydrogen Media however that isn't where he met the founders of ARiSAR, Mike Beatty and Tom Ferguson. Johnson met Beatty years ago when Johnson was developing software for the automotive industry and Beatty was consulting for the Toy Store, the exclusive Corvette dealership also located in Largo. Beatty and Johnson struck up a personal and business friendship where Beatty taught Johnson the ins and outs of business while Johnson provided technology support. Based on Beatty's business successes and staying in contact through the years made it a natural selection for Johnson's new company, Valeo, to choose ARiSAR as its consultant to organize and grow this venture.
